Greatly enjoyed its really helpful and amazingly nice staff.
It was a hip new hotel. That venue was in a convenient location, in the middle of jackson. I found there good choice of restaurants to eat, like Pizza Hut that is only 15 minutes' walk away.

I truly enjoyed quiet and absolutely perfect room in this hotel.
In general, the hotel was fairly clean. The staff I encountered were very friendly and incredibly nice. The venue's location was absolutely perfect, not far from the center of things, the city centre, and Jefferson.

Jose, the manager, was super helpful in getting my room rebooked without hassle, a blessing during my move. I enjoyed some downtime in the heated pool and sun loungers. The only hiccup was the pool being a bit chilly, but we were too tired to take a dip anyway 🏊♂️

The kids loved the indoor pool, and we appreciated the clean room with comfy beds. Cable TV provided great entertainment, especially for our daughter. The location was perfect for our visit to Fireside Dinner Theatre, just a quick drive away!

Great location, but needs work
We stayed for 3 nights in a queen room. The location was perfect, easy access to everything. Loved the cozy feel at breakfast with decent coffee options. Just wish the internet was faster. It was pretty slow when we needed to plan our days. A mixed bag but some good moments!
